If you learn more does your head grow?

In size? No. The size of your head has nothing to do with how much information is in it. It's true that the amount of surface area that your brain has is proportional to how much ABILITY you have to learn, but it doesn't necessarily mean that you are smarter if your head is bigger than someone else's.
