Negative. Car/Truck motor oil uses different detergents than motorcycle oils. Using oil that is not made for your bike will ruin your clutch plates, and destroy your engine.
The above really isn't true. As long as you are not using any "extended mile" or "engine cleaning" versions of mobile 1 there are few better oils out there. Mobile 1 straight synthetic in your choice of viscosity if first rate oil that does and will serve motorcycle motors very well. I build race motors for a living and its one of 3 oils I use in my personal and customer bikes.
