Compare and contrast Burmese pythons and brown garden snails?

Both lay eggs, but the garden snail lays eggs in a hole and does not stay with the eggs. A Burmese python stays with his eggs. the snail does not have anything to do with it's offspring ,where a Burmese python stays with it's eggs for 6-8 weeks or until it's offspring hatch and when they hatch then the mom leaves and has nothing else to do with it's offspring.
