Is there a fuse that connects the cigerette lighter and the clock light in a 2003 Pontiac grand am the cigerette lighter didnt work when i got it and now the clock light went out are they connected?

They are on separate fuses. The cigarette lighter fuse is #34 located in the engine compartment. The fuse for the radio is located on the pasenger's side fuse block. Open the passenger side door and there will be a plastic cover to remove. I've had both to go out on me at different times.
