What to do if the baby rabbit hasn't open its eyes?

First off you should never touch a wild kit (baby rabbit) if its mother is still alive. If the mother is dead then you may take the rabbit into your care. Considering that the kit has yet to open its eyes it is less than 10 days old, which is when they open their eyes. You can feed the kit by hand with a baby bottle and some kitten formula. You can also use a foster doe to feed the kit.
