What is the difference between challenges and issues?

A challenge is something you are faced with that you can more less set aside and continue at any given time if chosen to. An issue is different from a challenge because a mass majority of the time you can not always set an issue aside and continue when ever. It generallt depends on the context its being used in i believe.
