What are the job duties daily for a veterinarian technician?

The daily duties of a CVT can be from sweeping the floor and taking out the garbage to anesthetizing an animal. The CVT is the nurse to a veterinarian, taking the animals vitals, talking to the clients, taking the animals for a walk, feeding and bathing the animal. Other duties include paperwork and properly writing in the medical records. Giving injections or giving medications that are prescribed by the vet. As a vet tech you need to be able to restrain any kind of animal by species, breed and know the difference between them. Know how to act fast and calmly in an emergency situation as well. The list can go on and on.
