When did Madeleine L'engle get married?

An earlier contributor said that "Madeleine L'engle got married on June 4,1970", and it is possible that aperson of that name may have beenmarried on that date. However, if this question pertains to Madeleine L'Engle, the Newbery Medal winning author of A Wrinkle in Time and many other young adult fiction stories, the above date is incorrect. The author, Madeleine L'Engle (b. 29 November, 1918 - d. 6 September, 2007), was married to Hugh Franklin, an American stage and television actor, on 26 January, 1948. They remained married until his death, from cancer, in 1986.
