When was one republic formed?

OneRepublic was formed in 2002. The band originated in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and was initially started by lead vocalist Ryan Tedder and guitarist Zach Filkins. They gained significant recognition with their hit single "Apologize" released in 2007.
