Is there a love potion on Poptropica?

A love potion is a mythical bit of wishful thinking: a magic drink that causes someone to fall in love, usually with the first person of the opposite sex they see after having the drink.

It's been used as a plot device in folklore and storytelling for centuries, going all the way back to Scheherezade and the original Arabian Nights. These days, it can be found as a plot device in everything from magic- and fantasy-based sitcoms such as Wizards of Waverly Place to novels including the Harry Potter book series.

The closest we can come to such a thing in real life is the illegal, and very scary, collection of chemicals known collectively as date rape drugs. These work by altering the perception of the target, causing symptoms such as lowered inhibitions, blackouts and memory loss. And as the name implies, they have nothing to do with love and everything to do with satisfying one's sexual urges without the other person's consent.
