What is mass stamper?

Mass stamper is a weight placed inthe roof of a building motion sensors decect building movement duiring an earthquack and sed message to a computer.The computer then singnals controls inthe roof to shift the mass dampet to counteract the building;s movement....................and it's not "mass spamper" actually it's "mass DAMPER"
