How often do you do a top end rebuild on a 04 Yamaha YZ125?

When you need to, if you seize it or notice low compression, its time for a rebuild, otherwise ride and enjoy it. When I raced, I would usually get a whole season out of an engine, but that was abusing it for a whole year.
