How do you get someone to pull your pants down?

Wear really loose fitting pants with no belt and then, if you're a guy, tell your friends that you have on tighty whties. In my experience, the temptation to pants a guy is always that much greater if people know that the guy has on tighty whities and therefore his humiliation will be more extreme.
