How does katniss destroy the food supply in the camp set up by the career tributes?

she knew that the careers had it rigged so if someone would try to steal it, a bomb would go off. so from a distance, she shot one of her arrows at a sack of Apples, and the Apple bag tore and one of the Apples fell out, triggering the bomb, which destroyed all the food and supplies.
