What are four characteristics of a praying mantis?

First of all, they have all characteristics of insects. But their defining characteristics from other insects are-

1. Large eyes on opposite sides of a usually triangular head that have binocular vision.

2. Their front legs are thicker than their other pairs. They balance on their back two pairs of legs and their front pair is folded like their praying.

3. Their wings are thick and fold along their back as they stand up like a person.

4. They either have very colorful or camouflage coloration.
