There is no Guinness Book of World Records for the largest pregnancy belly. A lot varies depending on whether they are caring multiples or a single fetus. That being said one of the largest pregnancy bellies recorded carrying only one baby was 55 inches. It was a woman in the UK who suffered from Diabetes. Since there is no exact record out there there may be others that I've just not been made public .
