What is SB-3 post grade of UNDP?

SB is a service contract given by UNDP to people employed by within a project; it not a permanent position. Its more of administrative and the service will be offered by an employee; when it was suppose to be outsourced/consultancy sort of.

I hope I got it right but it's in those lines. Also there is SA and SC.
