How do you say whatever in French?

It depends on how you mean it.

If it is simply a part of a sentence, it would "Cualquiera cosa". For example: "I want whatever he's eating." is "Yo quiero cualquiera cosa que él come."

If you mean it as an interjection to dismiss what the other person is saying, it would be, "Sea lo que sea".
