Where can you download a Windows XP compatible PS2 emulator?

from pretty much anywhere...the thing is you need a BiOS, GPU, SPU, drivers, a hacked DVD drive, a secondary drive (another hacked DVD drive or a second hard drive or something like that), 2 processors (one 1.5+ghz, one 5+ghz),2gigs+ RAM, and an 8x+ AGP 512 MB DDR+ graphics card with advanced pixel shading and openGL...and that's it

no hacking
