Can you have a baby in sim2?

yes! if you get a double bed then make you two sims relax then click on one of the sims and click try for baby and then you sim will be able to become pregnant -when they are relaxing be one of the sims that is on the bed relaxing and clickon the other sim relaxing and click try for baby
