When did AOL buy the huffington post?

The exact date for AOL to take ownership of The Huffington Post is still unknown. Although the premise of the deal was agreed upon by both parties on Feb 7, 2011, the deal will not be formally closed until late first quarter or early second quarter of the 2011 fiscal year.
