How do lemurs breathe?

amphibians breathe by a pump action where the air is drawn into the buccopharyngeal region (near the cheek) through the nostrils. their nostrils then close and the air is forced into the frogs lungs when the it contracts its throat. they supplement this with gas exchange through their skin.
