Why does a photograph bubble when using heat press for dry mounting photographs?

you may not have the temperature correct or you may have have air where it should not be. Both are important! Hopefully, the manual for the correct procedure still exists and has not been thrown away. One person was really messing up before he went back and read the manual then he figured out what he had been doing wrong.
