When do you get your mermaid tail when you touch water if you did a spell?

You will never grow a tail. How is the spell working for you ? I know it is not working because it can't. It isn't real and mermaids are not real and people can not change into other shapes or a mermaid. If you want to pretend to be a mermaid buy a mermaid costume.
