Can you mix Wellbutrin and Prozac?

Both Prozac and Wellbutrin are treatments for depression. Although there are hardly any clinical trials, if any, evaluating response and side effects of the combination therapy some psychiatrists believe the two medications can better handle different components of depression (such as anxiety). Since this is based on personal experiences, not actual systematic testing there is no reliable data on interactions between the two drugs, efficacy or safety.
