Where is the fuse for your cigarette lighter located at for your 98 Oldsmobile intrigue?

You open the passenger side door. than you pull cover panel off. Which is located right on the right side of the dash board. The fuse is located there.

This is a very surprising place to put a fuse panel. You would not think to look in that position. I would think that the fuse panel would be on the driver's side, as it is in 99% of all the other cars on the road. Add to that, that there is already another fuse panel inside the engine compartment under the hood. I didn't even think to look for another fuse panel until after I pulled every fuse in the engine compartment fuse panel and all were good.

You have to really pull on the fuse panel door - because it is not hinged - it is clipped in like a door panel, and takes a bit of pull to open it. And due to the position, it is nearly impossible to put back all the way. The one clip is right accross from the door and I can not get a good swing to click it back in.
