How do you change what your allowed to download on Xbox live?

Ok just to clarify when i first got Xbox live my mom would not let me play or download games rated M. She is now letting me. I figured out how to get it to play M games but not how to download them. Can anyone tell me how you change it so you can DOWNLOAD M games?
