this depends on the relationship between fish and plant. If purely platonic, the fish and plant will enjoy each others company and develop bonds of friendship over a period of approximately 3 days. However, as the fish has a poor memory and forgets things after 3 seconds, the plant has to constantly remind the fish of said friendship.

If the conditions are right, a more sexual relationship may develop and offspring may be produced (more commonly by the plant).
