Why after Changed battery on 07 Lexus rx350 now 3 windows won't work?

The Windows just need to be reinitialized is all.

Go around to each door and run the Windows up and down from each individual door switch. This will reinitialize them. When you press or push each switch only pull/press hard enough on the switch to function the Windows......if you push each switch all the way it tries to "auto" slide and won't program.
