Will Acetaminophen and hydrocodone bitartrate get you high?

It is an opiate, and most people could get some of the recreational side effects of an opioid painkiller (euphoria, sedation etc.) from a dose of hydrocodone. It is not recommended as there is high potential for abuse as well as the APAP being especially high in Vicodin (hydrocodone apap).
