Is it bad to be sexually aroused at 13?

A person's sexual desire can vary greatly and often changes as they grow through their teenage years and into adulthood. There is nothing wrong with desires or urges, however the law does not permit, in many countries, adult men to be involved in physical sexual activities with young teenage girls. Therefore whilst the desires maybe strong, it is against many society rules and laws to have sex with an adult male at the age of 13. Fantasies and desires are not "wrong", everyone has their own. However putting those fantasies and desires into real life is very different from what we think about on our own.
