As water is a basic element in life on earth, it is not logical to assume they did not.

There are however animals that normally do not drink water as such. This because they get the moisture needed from their food. An Oviraptor could weigh in at 60-100 kilos. It is doubtful that such a sized dinosaur would be able to get all its moisture from prey alone.

Our knowledge of dinosaurs is very very limited though. All we have is indications of what they ate.

This goes for water as well. We know that all animals, being reptiles, mammals or birds, even insects, need water, so the logical assumption is a clear Yes to the question.
