How do you grow vampire teeth?

Count Dracula was the first vampire with fangs. He was a high level sorcerer and alter his physical reality. Having fangs is not a given with being a vampire. Most vampires have a messy time getting at blood and have to acquire their fang by ordinary means: sharpening their teeth, getting dentures or some kind of prosthesis. Most go in for small, very sharp knives.
