I had the same idea for halloween this year, I just went to value village (second hand clothing store) picked up a pair of army coloured (olive green/ tannish) cargo pants and collared button up shirt, also I ordered some custom pins from ebay with the pictures of the perks on them to pin to my shirt!
I am planning to carry a replica m-16 or something similar, and I'm going to make a bottle of juggernog by replacing the label of orange crush with the jugernog label.
Of course don't forget to cover yourself in zomie guts/blood and dirt to make it look like you've been through hell and back!
