Boys caught wearing moms tampons

I'm not entirely sure how boys could wear tampons, unless the boys in question were trans boys and still menstruating. Otherwise the only way boys could wear tampons would be to insert anally, or perhaps if they had a nose bleed inserting in nostrils to absorb the blood. If being used anally it needs to be explained to them that this isn't their intended use and it can be harmful.
