An organic organization is a
category of unofficial organization initially described by British
theorists Tom Burns and George Stalker. According to them an
organic organization is one that is very stretchy and is able to
become accustomed well to changes. Its arrangement is identified as
having diminutive job interest, few layers of management,
decentralized decision-making and not much undeviating command.
