What does Pinches Gavachos mean?

In the US and Mexico, it means, "#%@/# white guys," the 'white guys' being US citizens. 'Gabacho' is a mildly pejorative term in both Spain and Mexico. In the different locations it refers to different groups, however, they both do tend to be light complected peoples. It's correctly spelled 'gabacho.'
