In Ohio, an Independent Provider Nurse (IP Nurse) makes $56.65 for the first hour, and $23.48 for every additional hour for a single client. IP nurses are considered "self-employed", so the IP needs to take into consideration that they must pay their own taxes, and that there is no benefits package.
