How hair get stuck in pads?

when hair stay on the bed padding for so long the hair start to sink in the hole of the pad and then it get so wraped around the holes so much then when you pull the hair out of the padding it gets stuck because hair is all tangled up in the holes of the bed padding mostly spongey padding
