What is the number of people that have an automobile in Russia?

That question would be almost impossible to answer but you can get an average, found out the driving age in Russia. Then take the population of that age to approximetly 70 years old and that would be your answer or as close as you could get to it. Some people have more then one car so it is hard to tell.
