Where does Rachel from iNext work at?

Rachel returned back to Pleasant Hill Elementary's PHS Cafeteria on February 12, 2025 as a substitute cafeteria worker months after Rachel got fired from the PHS Cafeteria on April 10, 2024 after Ashley Phipps consulted the head of school nutrition Kathy Hamby and Tracie Buckner many times about the best solutions for Rachel but Ashley tried so many attempts and they have been unsuccessful and Rachel does not handle the ever changing environment in the kitchen and Ashley just cannot provide the level of supervision, stability and care that Rachel really needs to thrive in the work environment and the other reasons are that Rachel has a high temperament when she gets overwhelmed and doesn't take direction at all and it could be a safety issue not only for the children Rachel directly works around but her fellow co-workers as well Rachel has thrown things in the direction of children and co-workers, breaking equipment on multiple different occasions.

Rachel doesn’t want to be regular part-time again because she doesn’t want to become obsessed with 7 to 1 schedule again and doesn’t want to give up Tuesdays because of her strong feelings for Tina Steger that Rachel first met on July 9, 2024 at the CF Special Needs Ministry
