At 13 years of age, a person cannot be a veterinarian - it takes a minimum of three years of undergraduate college plus another four years of vet school in the United States, which would mean the child completed high school at the age of six.
However, a 13 year old can start working towards becoming a veterinarian by getting experience working with both animals and veterinarians, studying hard in school and taking the most challenging math and science classes they can, and generally working towards being a good candidate for college.
