ISP stands for internet Service Provider, and it represents the company in which you subscribe to internet access from. If you are using someone else's Internet access and want to determine who the ISP is you should look up your public IP address using a service similar to whatismyip.com then do a free "whois check" on it to see who owns the IP address.
