What brand of cosmetics do cosmetologist generally use on clients?

This question really doesn't have an answer. There are so many brands out there that a lot of makeup artists use a variety of brands in their kit. Whatever works. For instance, my kit ranges from NYC (one of the cheapest drug store brands) to NARS (a high end artistry brand). I even have no name cosmetics in there. Whatever does the job.
