Do guinea pigs give birth when its light or dark?

Guinea pigs can give birth at any time of day, regardless of whether it's light or dark. Their birthing process is influenced more by hormonal changes and the readiness of the mother than by the time of day. Generally, they are not particularly nocturnal or diurnal when it comes to giving birth. Therefore, a guinea pig may deliver her pups anytime, day or night.
