What is the value of an 1835 US silver dollar?

No silver dollars were dated between 1804 and 1836, although those dated 1804 were minted around 1834. A flood of counterfeit dollars has hit the market over the last 15-20 years. Some are very good and some are laughably bad with impossible dates and designs. If you really have an "1835 dollar" it is likely to be one of the latter fakes.
