Dieting is very harmful to your body. When you lose weight you regain that weight back. This is called the yo-yo effect. When you regain the weight back you put yourself at a risk of a heart attack, strokes, cancer, altered innune function and Diabetes. You must be very carful if you diet. If you do you must stay with that diet for the rest of your life unless a doctor tells you to end it. The best thing to do to lose weight is exercise on a weekly basis and eat healthy.
