Embarrassing last names

I worked taking sales and technical calls for a cable company. One evening a lady called in on behalf of her husband pronouncing his last name, Shlang. After tryng several times to find him by his last name she gave me his address and an old phone number they may have had their account listed under. Much to me amazement the name came up: Jagged Shl ong the III. no space between the l and o but the filter wouldn't accept my post due to an obcene nature.
