How could you use autopilot in a sentence?

I couldn't really understand if you meant pilot as in the first show in a television series, pilot as in a person who flies a plane, or some other Word.

So here are a few examples:

He is an Excellent pilot (person who flies a plane).

I loved the pilot episode of The Nanny (first episode in a television series).
