What does phrase chat mean in wolfquest?

It means you can only talk using certain pre-defined sentences. For example-

"Hello! Should we hunt?"

"Hello! I'm new."

"Goodbye everyone."

...etc, etc. This was introduced as a means of allowing WolfQuest's multiplayer to work without requiring a lexicon, which may eventually happen due to the recent announcements by WQ Coordinator, linked below.
